From source to valuation report: keeping a file traceable
Inside Landwaarde: sources, calculation inputs, checks and reporting together. What software supports and what remains the appraiser’s responsibility.
Start with the instruction
A file begins with the client’s question, the property, the valuation date and intended use. Record these in one place. The Landwaarde demo keeps them in the file overview, giving research and reporting a shared starting point.
Keep more than an attachment
Saving a document is only the beginning. You also need its origin, the finding it supports and its review status. Each evidence item in the demo has its own place with provenance and status, so the reasoning can be traced.
Make calculation inputs explainable
A number without an explanation is hard to assess. Landwaarde lets you attach reasoning and evidence to calculation inputs. The models shown are aids: their calculated result is not automatically the valuation to adopt.
Check before release
A consistent checklist makes missing items visible. The demo brings together sources, calculations, the professionally determined value and review. Passing all configured checks only means those software checks have been completed, not that an external party has approved the file.
Build the report from the same file
Separate documents create additional retyping. Landwaarde combines sections and numbered evidence appendices in a report that can be saved as a PDF through the browser. The appraiser checks the content, reasoning and final value before using the report.
What the demo does and does not show
The screenshots show a working application developed by Datawonder using fictional files. The current demonstration stores data locally in the browser. Real files require agreements about access, security, storage and backups. These images do not demonstrate automatic external data integrations or AI transcription.
